Eligibility for Returns
Our policy allows returns within 15 days of purchase. To qualify:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Individual parts must remain unopened to maintain eligibility for a full refund.
- Note: Do not return items to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through Partza.
Return Process

- Inspection: Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of inspection and issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of Partza error.
Partial refunds may apply for items that:
- Are not in original condition.
- Have been damaged or have missing parts.
